E. GlobalDesignerHub — Data Collection, Use & Deletion Policy (CCPA Notice)

This notice summarizes how GlobalDesignerHub handles personal information for California residents and describes the controls available to every user of GlobalDesignerHub, TailorHub, VolumeOne.

Your Rights

• Request deletion of personal information we maintain about you.
• Request copies of specific data we collected, including how it is used.
• Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Opt out of data sharing that is treated as a “sale” under the CCPA.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to admin@aioak.net and:

• Use the subject line “CCPA Data Deletion Request.”
• Describe the scope of the request (delete all data, specific projects, etc.).
• Include any relevant usernames, project IDs, or booking references.

Verification

To protect your privacy we may require:

• The account email address and phone number on file.
• Proof of identity (such as a code sent to your registered email or phone).
• Additional documentation if you are an authorized agent submitting the request.

Once verified, we will complete most requests within 45 days, or notify you if more time is needed.
