C. GlobalDesignerHub — Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled for every service experience, including GlobalDesignerHub, TailorHub, VolumeOne and any related services.
Refund Eligibility
- A designer consultation was not delivered.
- A tailoring service was not completed as scheduled.
- You were charged incorrectly or billed multiple times.
- A technical error prevented service delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed designer consultations.
- Digital files or downloads already delivered.
- Custom design work that has started or been delivered.
- Subscription time or credits that were already used.
Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original charge. Provide order numbers, relevant screenshots, and a short description so we can investigate quickly.

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request.” We aim to acknowledge each request within 48 hours and complete qualified refunds within 5–7 business days.
