C. GlobalDesignerHub — Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled for every service experience, including GlobalDesignerHub, TailorHub, VolumeOne and any related services.

Refund Eligibility

• A designer consultation was not delivered.
• A tailoring service was not completed as scheduled.
• You were charged incorrectly or billed multiple times.
• A technical error prevented service delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

• Completed designer consultations.
• Digital files or downloads already delivered.
• Custom design work that has started or been delivered.
• Subscription time or credits that were already used.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original charge. Provide order numbers, relevant screenshots, and a short description so we can investigate quickly.

Email admin@aioak.net with the subject line “Refund Request.” We aim to acknowledge each request within 48 hours and complete qualified refunds within 5–7 business days.
