D. GlobalDesignerHub — Grievance & Complaint Redressal Policy
Use this process to report concerns about designer behavior, tailoring services, billing, privacy, accessibility, or any platform issue across GlobalDesignerHub, TailorHub, VolumeOne.
1. How to File a Complaint
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Grievance” and include:
- Your name and the service(s) you used.
- A concise summary of the issue or concern.
- Relevant order IDs, usernames, or timestamps.
- Screenshots or attachments that illustrate the problem (if applicable).
2. Response Timeline
- We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours.
- We target a resolution or substantive update within seven (7) business days.
- We will share interim updates if more investigation time is required.
3. Escalation
If you believe the issue remains unresolved after our response, reply to the same thread and request an escalation to the GlobalDesignerHub Compliance Team. Please include any new context so the team can review quickly.
