B. GlobalDesignerHub — Terms of Service (ToS)

These Terms govern all services, including GlobalDesignerHub, TailorHub, VolumeOne, our designer tools, and any related experiences. By creating an account, submitting a project request, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. You must read and accept these Terms before registration.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. Accessing the Services after being notified of an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Services

GlobalDesignerHub currently offers:

  • Designer portfolio hosting and showcase tooling.
  • AI-driven style suggestions and creative content services.
  • Fashion consultations, tailoring coordination, and booking tools.
  • Collaboration workflows between designers, tailors, and clients.

We may update, expand, or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration, payment, and measurement information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for termination.
  • Only upload content you own or have explicit rights to share. You represent that you have the necessary rights for all content you submit.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
  • Refrain from misuse, disruption, reverse engineering, scraping, or exploitation of the platform.
  • Refrain from harassing, impersonating, defaming, or harming other users, designers, staff, or third parties.
  • Comply with our Security Policy, including prohibited conduct and incident reporting.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: fraud, phishing, spam, malware, unauthorized access, circumventing access controls, violating others’ intellectual property, and any activity that could harm the platform or its users. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

4. Designer-to-Designer Communication & Platform-Only Policy

Designer messaging on GlobalDesignerHub is a premium feature for subscribers ($4.99/month or higher). When communicating with other designers through the platform, you must adhere to our strict terms and privacy conditions:

  • No personal contact sharing: You must not share personal contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles, website URLs, or other external links) with other designers through the platform. All designer communication must remain within GlobalDesignerHub.
  • No off-platform portfolio or profile sharing: You must not use GlobalDesignerHub to direct other users to your external portfolio, profile, or contact details hosted outside the platform. Doing so circumvents the platform and violates these Terms.
  • Account freeze: Violations of this policy will result in your account being frozen. A frozen account loses access to messaging and other premium features. Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent termination.

We may monitor messages to enforce these rules and protect the integrity of the community. By using designer messaging, you agree to these conditions.

5. Payments

Payments are securely processed by vetted third-party gateways. We do not store full credit-card numbers. By initiating a transaction you authorize the gateway to charge the selected method.

6. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before booking services.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violations of these Terms or other GlobalDesignerHub policies.
  • Fraud, abusive behavior, or threats to platform security.
  • Copyright infringement or misuse of designer content.

8. Intellectual Property & Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By uploading content, you grant GlobalDesignerHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Services. We do not claim ownership of your designs or portfolio materials beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

GlobalDesignerHub owns all rights to the platform, software, branding, and any materials we create. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlobalDesignerHub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) your content or conduct; (d) your infringement of third-party rights; or (e) disputes between you and other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalDesignerHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding twelve (12) months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; where prohibited, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be handled in California courts unless consumer protection rules require a different venue.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may close your account.
